At Alder Fine Jewellery, we want you to treasure your pieces forever, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made commissions and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewellery in its original velvet box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all authenticity certificates are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
